Welcome to Graceway Shipping and Travel Services. By using our website, registering for a U.S. address mailbox, or shipping with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Overview

1.1 We provide customers in Jamaica with a U.S. address to receive packages, which are then shipped to Jamaica.

1.2 We are not the seller or manufacturer of items purchased; we are a logistics and forwarding service only.

1.3 Use of our service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 You agree that all packages received under your U.S. address belong to you and are intended for lawful personal or business use.

2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate information (name, contact details, identification, etc.).

2.3 You must promptly collect your package upon notification of its arrival in Jamaica.

2.4 You agree to pay all applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and storage fees.

3. Prohibited Items

3.1 You must not use our services to ship prohibited or restricted goods, including but not limited to:

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapons

Illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances

Hazardous materials or chemicals

Counterfeit goods or items infringing intellectual property rights

Currency, precious metals, or high-value negotiables (unless pre-approved in writing)

3.2 If such items are received, we reserve the right to refuse shipment, report to authorities, and terminate your account.

4. Customs & Duties

4.1 All shipments are subject to inspection and clearance by Jamaica Customs Agency.

4.2 You are fully responsible for payment of all duties, taxes, and related charges imposed by customs.

4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We will make reasonable efforts to ship your package to Jamaica in a timely manner.

5.2 We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (weather, customs, strikes, airline delays, etc.).

6. Fees & Payment

6.1 Service fees, shipping charges, and any other applicable costs will be communicated before release of the package.

6.2 Payment must be made in full before delivery or release of packages.

6.3 All fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by improper packaging by the seller or shipper

Delays caused by customs, airlines, or third-party carriers

Lost or stolen items once collected by the customer

7.2 Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the declared value of the item or (b) the shipping fee paid.

8. Storage & Abandonment

8.1 Packages not collected within 15 days of arrival may incur storage fees.

8.2 Packages not collected within 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion, without refund.

10. Account Termination

10.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for customers who:

Provide false information

Refuse to pay required fees

Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities

10.2 Termination does not release you from outstanding obligations.

11. Privacy Policy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such collection and use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
