Yes, we accept shipments from any merchant or individual. All you have to do is provide them with your unique U.S. mailing addressed with your name
No, there is no fee to sign up and become a customer.
When your package arrives in Jamaica and is processed, you'll receive a notification along with your invoice. Pickup can be done in-store, or you can schedule a delivery.
We deliver to Old Harbour, Clarendon, Portmore, Spanish Town, and Kingston (Downtown, Half Way Tree & New Kingston) within city limits. If you work at a BPO in Portmore and your packages are being delivered to said location, delivery is free. Fees are as follows: BPO in Portmore: FREE- Old Harbour $350, Maypen-$500, Portmore: $500 , Spanish Town $500, Downtown, Half Way Tree & New Kingston: $750; For island wide delivery, we can facilitate a Knutsford drop-off, with carrier fees applied.
We give a grace period of 15 days for you to collect your package once it arrives. After that, a small storage fee is added daily. If the package is not collected within 30 days, it may be treated as abandoned and disposed of.
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and type of item. Our standard rate is calculated per pound (lb). Additional fees such as customs or oversized items may apply. Contact us with your invoice or item details for an exact quote.
We take every step to handle your packages carefully. we are not liable for damage caused by the seller’s packaging, customs inspections, or third-party carriers.
Once your package is delivered to your U.S. mailbox, we will update your account and/or send you an email confirming receipt.
